This handy but manual search covers over 15,000 listings, mostly in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) that are part of the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB). See TREB Maps
This search will find most, but not all, of TREB's listings. Roughly 20,000 listings more or less are active in TREB MLS at any given time. So coverage is about 75% with this search.
