Taking Care of You - One Step at a Time.

LISTING SEARCH TOOLS - Toronto and Area

The main reason people visit real estate websites is to find listings.

I have made this easy for you.

There are three ways you can go about searching for listings

1. Manual - Listings By Map

2. Automatic - Auto MLS Search (fill in your Dream Home Form)

3. Pre-Defined - See Below

OTHER Search Tools

Open Houses - Shows All Re/MAX Open Houses for this weekend and next, including mine of course.

Here's an idea ... I can create an automatic MLS search for all Open Houses in YOUR choosen location(s) if this would be of help to you.

TREB MLS Maps - This interactive map of the GTA (served by the Toronto Real Estate Board) is handy to reference. All GTA listings make reference to the boundaries shown on this map, i.e.; Markham - N10/11, The Beach - E02 and so on. I will give you a hard copy if you this will be of help to you.

Pre-Defined Searches

Toronto Condo Listings - This is a pre-defined search of condos in various locations in Downtown Toronto, the Beach, etc.   Be sure to view my Toronto Condo Guide for a visual tour of many of the major downtown condo developments. It is unique

Rouge Hill Listings (south-east part of E10) - This is a pre-defined search of listings in this highly recommended area. I have enjoyed living here for over 20 years. Great for families. Safe. Quiet. Top-notch schools (as my School Reports will prove). Port Union Go and lakeside parks and a beach on Lake Ontario. What's not to like!

Central Toronto

East Toronto

Durham Region

York Region

SaveTime. Use Easy HomeFinder

Here are three reasons why using Easy HomeFinder is better than MLS.ca:

1. Complete information

Mls.ca - the address or price is missing. So you have to call the listing agent and get involved, explaining things.

HomeFinder  - all info included

2. Current information

MLS.ca - It is only updated every 3 days and "available" property could already be sold

HomeFinder - updated every 3 hours.

3. Convenience

MLS.ca - You have to initiate every search and you see the same listings over and over

HomeFinder - You get an automatic daily email with a link to the listings that match, only the latest listings show.
